My childhood friend Ethan grew up in northeast Ohio and then became an extremely talented flamenco guitarist in California. We came up with a concept that centered around the dichotomy between a place where flamenco music might have originated and juxtaposed it with the place where he plays a lot of his shows: modern Los Angeles.
