Kaman’s YES (2019)

Kaman’s YES program recognizes employees for going above and beyond the responsibilities of their positions with KAS. Line employee or manager, everyone is eligible for this recognition, and upon receiving this award, is also granted an entry into a drawing for a prize once every quarter.

I have won a YES award. My wife (a regional manager for KAS) has earned at least one YES award, and actually won the drawing; her prize was some sweet Bose headphones. I asked to borrow them so I could listen to music at work, and that was like four years ago and I haven’t given them back yet because I’m a jerk.

They’re really good headphones.
