The NCAA Final Four tournament was held in New Orleans; I think I drew this once it had been narrowed down to the Sweet Sixteen. As luck would have it, I had recently gotten back from a friend’s birthday party in New Orleans a few weeks prior to drawing this, so I felt like I already had a pretty good grip on the hazy energy of the French Quarter.

Incidentally, stay away from those Hand Grenades, folks. They’ll sneak right up on you and punch you in the back of your brain.
